About a month ago I lost something very dear to me. My terabyte external hard drive, Epsilon. Epsilon 2.0 is on its way and should be tomorrow but I lost about 50 gigs of photos alone. That means unedited pictures, work flow, and even finished projects are gone forever. I was really upset for a while, but a couple of days ago decided to just take it as a new photographic challenge, to start from scratch and try out some new stylized shots that maybe I would not have done before. My ongoing shoot that I am doing now is with a very good friend of mine and is trying keep a simple yet morbid beauty in the surreal. I will post them when I am further along, until then it is back to setting up my makeshift in home studio.

So to catch everyone up....

I got my Rebel Xsi and I do love it! So the photography business is ready to go. Anyone in the Dallas area looking for a photographer I would be glad to at least check things out for you. I have shot my first wedding also, but will give you no set in stone guarantees until I have shot at least one more.

The wife took me back to Perryton for the Fourth, and I loved it. Got to catch up with people that we hadn't seen in much to long.

I do have more pictures to put up but I am trying not to flood the site, so I will just put up a few every couple of days. As always comments are more than welcome, feedback helps me to improve daily.

Sorry I haven't been around much. I have been caught up in college life and fighting the children. I will try to get some new stuff up asap for you all to look at. Thanks for taking the time to even read this.

So I have new pictures up, which you most likely already know if you are reading this. I have been busy packing my wife up to move and catching up with her since we had been apart so long. As always comments are more than welcome and appreciated.

Ok, so today I slept in, and not just a little. I woke up at three. Would have been good but it gave me no time to do my homework.

So I decided to play Starcraft. What could go wrong. Oh just the colors and sound not a big deal...

So it is now past midnight and what happens, I lock myself out of my room. And get to see Mickey with her girlfriend.

But actually since my coffee pot is up and running again, I don't really care as much as I normally would.

Being single still is odd, but with coffee everything is better. That and the fact that I don't have my contacts in so I couldn't really see anyone.
